Thank you for shopping at My Lockset. We are committed to delivering your order
quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the following shipping terms before placing
your order.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping to the United States and Canada. All orders
are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Note: Some products, especially those made to order (e.g., custom Emtek
configurations), may require additional processing time before shipping.
Processing Time
- Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Custom or special-order items (e.g., keyed locks, non-standard finishes) may take 7–14 business days to ship.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Canada
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations
outside the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping
method, and order weight.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier-related issues (e.g., UPS/FedEx delays)
- Customs processing (for Canadian orders)
We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues quickly.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5
business days of delivery:
- Include your order number and any relevant photos (if damaged)
- We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund as necessary
